So, what are these new series about exactly? Well, we’re glad you asked! Cereal Killer, written by Scott Wilke and with art by Kit Wallis, is our Bad Bug take on a pun as old as Kellogg’s.
The story centers on a salty sleuth, Detective B. Runch, as he finds himself in a sugar-coated clusterf*ck while investigating the murders of famous cereal mascots. It’s goofy. It’s punny. It’s twisted af at times. You’re gonna love it.
And, like with all Bad Bug titles, we’ve got some amazing variants for you, all drawn by Kit Wallis. Each variant is designed to look like a cereal box featuring characters from the story! When this limited series is done, you’ll have an entire grocery aisle of variants. DO NOT miss out on each one though as they’ll be Kickstarter exclusives!
So, you’re probably thinking to yourself, that isn’t weird enough, Bad Bug! Okay, okay…we hear you. Let’s amp up the weird a bit.
Imagine a theme park like Disneyland, but instead of being full of children’s rides, it’s full of legendary and DANGEROUS monsters (Jersey Devil, Chupacabra, Mothman…to name a few.) Now, imagine that park closed down for undisclosed reasons and an unsuspecting family of four stumbles upon it on a road trip. While investigating this mysterious, abandoned park they find themselves TRAPPED within its walls in a fight for survival!
Weird enough for ya, ya freak? Good.
That’s what we have in Welcome to Monster World, written by Scott Wilke and art by Juan Calle and Luis Suarez. It’s our love letter to the 90’s. It’s got Goosebumps charm, Jurassic Park vibes, and nostalgia GALORE!

The double feature is a really cool idea! My only fear is that when you have multiple things in one Kickstarter sometimes the focus gets a bit fuzzy.
